It’s made out of a heavier duty construction with welded gussets to support the extra weight of electric bikes. I’ve got an electric bike loaded up right here, and I’ve got a standard mountain bike here at the front, but it’s also going to work with your women’s and children’s bikes and bikes of alternative frame styles.Now other than the fact that it’s made to support those electric bikes, it’s pretty much going to operate the same way as any other premium platform style bike rack out there. And what I mean by that is we’re going to be able to tilt it away to gain access to our rear hatch.The way that’s done is you want to remove the snapper pin here at the bottom.
And again, picking up on the rear of the bike, sliding that in is a lot easier.When we get to the trails our bikes are pretty easy to remove.
